DESCRIPTION:The series will start on 14 July and proposed session dates are:\n\nGroup Session 1 – Tuesday morning 14/7/26\nGroup Session 2 – Tuesday morning 28/7/26\nGroup Session 3 – Tuesday morning 11/8/26\nGroup Session 4 – Tuesday morning 25/8/26\nGroup Session 5 – Tuesday morning 8/9/26\n\nPlan to Profit is a five-part online farm business training series. The course is designed to improve financial literacy\, help businesses set goals\, prepare for the coming season and longer term\, and test scenarios such as drought. \nThis ‘Plan to Profit’ short course will take you beyond your accounting software\, give you your farm business numbers and helps you communicate better with your bank and accountant. \n• Delivered as five fortnightly online sessions\, starting mid-year. \n• Each fortnight includes a group Zoom session\, participant homework and a one-to-one Zoom coaching session. \n• Group sessions are recorded so participants can catch up if they miss a session. \n• The course covers business performance\, business direction\, in-season estimates\, a five-year business view and ‘what-if’ scenario testing. \nThe sessions run for approximately 2-3 hours each. \nThe cost (investment) for participation per farming business is $500+GST. Enrolment will be deemed official once the $500+GST has been paid\, expect an invoice from Mike Krause\, P2P Agri. \nThe value of the course is $6000\, this series is being subsidised by the EP Drought Resilience Plan\, with funding from the Australian Government’s Future Drought Fund and Regional Development Australia Eyre Peninsula. \nCheck out this 4 minute video highlighting farmer experience with the training\, download the brochure in the downloads section below\, listen to a podcast about the program or go to the P2PAgri website for lots more information. \n
