Are you unsure about what nutrition your crops really require?
If you are feeling confused about all the information out there or just want a refresher on the basics of crop nutrition, we have the event for you! The traditional Member Days are back, providing AIR EP members with access to experts on specific topics.
Our speakers will be Dr Glenn McDonald and Dr Mike McLaughlin, University of Adelaide – both well renowned experts in plant and soil nutrition, with Beth Humphris, Elders, a highly sought after speaker on the topic of precision agriculture.
Facilitated by Andy Bates, Bates Ag Consulting at the Wudinna event, and George Pedler, George Pedler Ag at Cummins, there will be plenty of time for questions, and the speakers will be around after the events to answer any further questions you might have.
Covering topics including:
- Phosphorous and trace elements
- When is a P replacement strategy appropriate?
- Nitrogen and sulphur
- Setting yield targets
- How late is too late for nutrition applications?
- Easy ways to adopt precision agriculture for nutrition management
