The unique working environment of family businesses can create challenges when it comes to effective communication. This invaluable workshop will assist in tackling everyday conversations through to testing topics, by addressing;

- The conversations we need to be having in our business and what is stopping us
- Multigenerational communication, transitioning people well, and understanding the impact of personality types in a team.
