At the GRDC National Grower Network Forum you will be able to contribute your ideas, issues, constraints and opportunities to inform RD&E investments and enhance grower profitability in your local region. Also hear from Tim Neale, Data Farming on how technology can help us restore attention to detail.
Dr Stirling Roberton (Research Scientist, CSIRO), Dr Therese McBeath (Research Team Leader, CSIRO) and Dr Mel Fraser (Soil Function Consulting) will be there to discuss the latest research and results from the GRDC Sandy Soils II project with a focus on tools and processes to understand where to start and stop soil amelioration.
Afterwards, join the team along with Brett Masters (Researcher, EPAG) to explore local trials that test strategies to achieve and sustain the new yield potential post amelioration.
