| Join us for an Implementing Strip and Disc Systems workshop in Minnipa.
All are welcome and invited to attend this workshop which will look at the pros and cons of implementing the strip and disc system.
This workshop will explore opportunities to;
- minimise soil disturbance
- conserve soil moisture
- improve logistics (particularly speed of operations)
- improve yield in water and limited season.
The workshop will also consider challenges such as;
- the impact of high stubble on summer spray efficacy
- managing pests
- weed management
- understanding ROI
- herbicide options
- integration of livestock.
The workshop will include a range of speakers, plus the opportunity for you to share your ideas about the risks and opportunities, and determine any gaps in knowledge or research.
Guest speakers will share their experiences, and explore the implementation of strip and discs systems.
