AIR EP has developed a new infographic using the Soil CRC Risk vs Reward tool to help lift awareness and adoption of improved soil management practices. Created as part of the Soil CRC extension project “Packaging Soil CRC tools to enhance extension and adoption of improved soil management practices”, the infographic is designed to give grower groups a clear framework for planning and delivering effective extension activities.

The infographic content draws on findings from AIR EP’s previous work “More profitable crops on highly calcareous soils by improving early vigour and overcoming soil constraints” (supported by the Soil CRC and GRDC). This project focused on identifying key constraints in highly calcareous soils and pathways to improve early vigour and overall crop performance.

The finished infographic is now available via the AIR EP Tools page under the soils tab, and on the “Packaging Soil CRC tools to enhance extension and adoption of improved soils management practices” project page.
