Supporting the Next Generation – 2026 SA Student Compendium Released
The 2026 South Australian Student Compendium has officially been released by Ag Institute Australia (AIA), continuing a valuable initiative designed to support students as they transition into careers in the agriculture sector.
Proudly sponsored by AIR EP since 2022, the Compendium brings together practical insights, industry connections, and career guidance tailored specifically for emerging professionals.
In speaking about partnering with AIA, AIR EP Executive Officer Naomi Scholz says, “this resource responds to a common challenge across the industry — helping students bridge the gap between study and meaningful employment”.
“The SA Student Compendium is a valuable resource for connecting students with industry experts, local organisations and prospective employers. AIR EP are dedicated to supporting the development of young professionals as they advance their careers into the agriculture sector.”
Developed in collaboration with industry professionals, educators, and early-career practitioners, the Compendium provides a grounded, real-world perspective on what it takes to build a successful career in agriculture.
By consolidating career pathways, industry contacts, and firsthand experiences, the Compendium offers students a clear entry point into the sector. For growers, agronomists, and industry stakeholders, it also strengthens the future workforce by supporting well-informed, confident graduates entering the field.
