AIR EP are on the lookout for a project officer/operations manager.

The position can be based anywhere on EP, as long as you have good internet connection!

Flexible working arrangements can be negotiated.

As the Project Officer/Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the business operations and driving the success of research, development, and extension projects for AIR EP. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating projects, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes
• Working closely with industry stakeholders to develop strong and productive relationships
• Communicating effectively with various groups, community members, and industry personnel
• Completing tasks and following directives from the Executive Officer
• Working alongside community volunteers and providing support
• Utilizing your organisational skills to plan and organise work effectively
• Identifying emerging issues within groups and regions and developing strategies to address them
• Embedding modern extension principles into project delivery plans
• Developing work plans and ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Understanding current RD&E initiatives in SA
• Understanding the financial, environmental, and social dynamics of farming systems
