2027 AgriFutures Rural Women’s Award | Applications Open

2027 AgriFutures Rural Women’s Award applications are now open – closing on 4 November 2026.

The Award recognises and supports women who are creating positive change in regional, rural and remote Australia through their businesses, industries, enterprises, initiatives or community leadership. We know there are many exceptional women across South Australia whose contributions deserve recognition – could you encourage a woman in your network to put themselves forward?

A new option is the Champion Her nomination pathway, which enables individuals and organisations to nominate women they believe have strong leadership potential, a bold idea, or a passion for creating positive change in rural, regional and remote Australia. Nominate via the Champion Her pathway here.

Another opportunity is the Rural Women’s Acceleration Grant which provides a learning and development bursary to help women get their idea for rural and regional SA off the ground.
