Australian Rural Leadership Foundation | Changemaker workshops coming to EP

| Posted in

AIR EP is working closely with the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation (ARLF) to deliver the highly successful 'Changemaker' workshops to the Eyre Peninsula region.

Registrations are now open for the first of four locations, commencing in Tumby Bay from 2-3 June 2025.

In addition, registrations will soon open for Changemaker workshops coming to Cummins on 5-6 June, Streaky Bay on 19-20 June, and Wudinna on 23-24 June 2025. Be sure to remain updated via our AIR EP social media pages Facebook, Instagram and X (Twitter).

In December 2023, AIR EP received funding from the Foundation for Rural Regional Renewals (FRRR) 'Helping Regional Communities Prepare for Drought Initiative – Community Impact Program (CIP)'.

The program has invested in projects designed to strengthen social and community networking, engagement and wellbeing by delivering a tailored package of support that contributes to building drought resilience in regional communities.

'The ARLF has delivered 100 Changemaker workshops, reaching 1776 participants across 34 regions. With June 2025 finish, we plan to deliver another 18 workshops. We expect to engage a network of over 2,000 participants, all committed to driving positive change in their communities'.

This project is supported by FRRR, through funding from the Australian Government’s Future Drought Fund.
