Ag Excellence Alliance (Ag Ex) is preparing for its next chapter, with a planned evolution of its organisational structure designed to strengthen its capacity to support South Australia’s grower group network. The structure involves recruiting three complementary roles at the organisation’s core — an Executive Officer, Finance Officer and Communications Coordinator — providing greater capacity across strategic leadership, financial management, governance, stakeholder engagement and communications.
