Red Meat Producers | Focus Group Invitation

| Posted in

Consulting firm Meridian Agriculture are hosting focus groups as part of a Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) funded project to consider models for a livestock advisor cooperative.

MLA wishes to explore how it could develop a cooperative model that could support emerging livestock advisors to build their expertise, networks and client base, while potentially accessing business administration, marketing, mentoring and professional development opportunities. In addition, the cooperative would need to be of benefit for red meat producers too.

We are after feedback from producers on the cooperative model that has been developed and if they would use a cooperative for advisory services. We will be conducting two different producer focus groups, southern and northern, reflecting the different needs and situations across the red meat industry. We would welcome a range of business sizes, structures and enterprises at each online session, which run for maximum one hour. Both sessions will run on Friday 23 May.

In order to participate and have your say, you need to register using the following link for one of the focus groups, so we can send you the details beforehand: https://forms.office.com/r/XmKvFMXSYZ

We can have maximum 25 participants per group and are after a good range of regions covered. Thank you for considering this and being part of the project.
